Homeowner Woes

New house. New neighborhood. New troubles.
I think Adam and I have been overwhelmed lately with homeownership! We know that there are still some kinks to be worked out. It just seems like when it rains, it pours - and then the yard floods (seriously)! We also know that the fact that this house was thrown together in 3 months means that there is a lot of room for mistakes! Luckily, we have a 1 year home warranty, and I hope everything that breaks or messes up does so by September 2008!

Don't get me wrong - we love our house! It's our first house! We got to help design it, and pick out the interior furnishings! We just expected it to be perfect!!
