Baked Parmesan Chicken

This one of my favorite recipes out of the my church's cookbook, Bethel Always!

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 pounds boneless-skinless chicken

Mix bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt in a bowl and set aside. Melt butter in microwave. Coat chicken first in butter and then in crumb mixture. Return chicken to remaining butter in pan, top with the rest of the crumb mixture, sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, uncovered until tender. Baste chicken a time or two during baking. Cover with foil if coating starts to brown too much before chicken is tender.
