I have finished Course II of the Wilton Method Cake Decorating. We learned how to make and use Royal Icing, Color Flow Icing, and a few more techniques with good ole buttercream icing! I am signed up to take Course III starting next week, so get ready to see some more cakes! Course III introduces tiered cakes and fondant, so I should be able to do almost any kind of cake by the end of August! I'm excited!

Final Cake for Course II!

Basketweave and rope boarder in Buttercream Icing. Daffodils, violets, apple blossoms, primroses, Victorian roses, pansies, and daisies in Roayl Icing.

Blue Birds in Color Flow Icing - all edible!

I made sure to put my camera separately so I can take pictures of the move! I can't believe how fast everything happened!
